Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time. Your library and all memories are preserved for 90 days after cancellation. If you cancel within the first 7 days of your first paid subscription, we'll refund you in full — no questions asked.
If a recipient passes away, we'll pause the subscription immediately and refund the unused portion of your current billing period automatically. You don't need to ask.
